Foam Brain Games Statement about Jeff Mach Events/Wicked Faire

It is with great sadness that I am making this announcement on behalf of Foam Brain Games. As many of you know, for the past 8 years Foam Brain has run the game room at various Jeff Mach events including Wicked Faire and Steampunk World's Fair. We have enjoyed our time at these events and have loved being able to bring entertainment to the thousands of patrons who have stopped by and played games with us.

In the past few days, a variety of disappointing and, frankly, horrifying statements have been made about theft, sexual harassment, dangerously inappropriate behavior and more both by Jeff Mach and by others at Jeff Mach Events. Foam Brain Games certainly cannot condone this behavior and we feel that our involvement with these events is incompatible with the beliefs of myself, Mindy and our staff.

We are contracted to do Wicked Faire, and with the event being next week we believe that it would be irresponsible to the patrons who have already paid for their memberships and hotel rooms to not provide the game room we are contracted to provide. However, this will be our last Jeff Mach Event. We've enjoyed meeting many awesome patrons at these events, and we hope strongly that we will see you at other conventions in the future.
