The cutoff date is Monday, April 2nd 2018. At that time, guest will no longer be able to make reservations at the Steampunk negotiated rate. By that time we need your rooming list for Vendor and Staff Rooms.

Rooms and Meeting Space have been negotiated with you for the dates listed above and in the contract. We cannot negotiate with Tammy or any other group since we are contractually obligated to hold space and suites with your organization.
