The FCBA (Fair Credit Billing Act) allows consumers to file a dispute in order to get rid of billing errors, including:
Charges for goods and services you didn’t accept OR THAT WEREN'T DELIVERED AS AGREED (caps lock mine for emphasis).

If you used a credit card to pay for your SPWF tickets, or vendor fees, contact your credit card company about a chargeback. Even if SPS throws *something* together - it is not delivering as agreed.
MY ADDITION: I will also add that SPS was not the vendor most people originally purchased tickets from & therefor an event by them is also goods not being delivered as agreed.
