Nature of Allegation: Libel, disrespect for
employees and the general public in regards
to communication,
Has made it abundantly clear by comments
that he does not uphold nor understand the
company's consent policy,
has also shown a lack of knowledge in this field.
This could have had safety consequences in the past,
and could have safety consequences in the future.
Undisputed Background information: Some of
these allegations were public actions and
some were limited audiences.
Facts of the Case: There has been substantiation
of disrespect to employees, and the public, as well
as substantiation of libel.
There is great concern in regards to his stance on
consent and boundary violation.
Recommended course of action(s): Do not have
Mr. Whitehouse involved in consent violations,
nor have him speak in any capacity in
regards to this matter.
Please issue a public retraction of the libelous
statement and an apology to the offended parties.
I also advise that Mr. Whitehouse undergo
education in the fields of consent and boundaries
as well as basic knowledge in regards to the scene,
if he is to remain in employment. There should be
disciplinary action that corresponds to this
breach of conduct. The libelous statement is
an illegal action. The client has requested
termination, and if this recommended action is
not taken they will seek legal counsel.
