C.K.

So, let's start at the beginning. This ragtag crew of way underqualified people decided to form together and save an event. Why weren't there more qualified people in place to step up, why was the janitor and the intern mailroom clerk left holding the bag? Let's be honest here, the janitor and the intern were the next people in line when this whole mess broke. Jeff Mach Events didn't have a senior staff at that time, they'd all either quit, been put on leave, or been fired.  You, personally, decide to elevate someone who you didn't know very well, suspected she might be one of Jeff's "sexual" assistants, and your only reasoning was because she seemed to display no personal ambition. You also claim that her loyalty, clear thinking, and organization are also skills for leadership, if that's how you pick a leader, I am concerned.
By your own words, you didn't know Jeff that well, but you of everyone left was elected to make that first phone call with him on the 25th? Who were the 11 other people in that meeting on the 25th? You're willing to name names of people who have come forward with allegations but you are unwilling to name the other brave souls who saved Wicked Faire? (Again, let us be brutally honest with each other, Cat Castells saved Wicked Faire for you. Anything else done by anyone else either dug the hole deeper or were just band-aids that really weren't going to hold for long)
Now onto some of the other items you address. First, your timeline is way off, you are starting this journey with an incorrect map.  At this point, over a year and a half ago, I had already started speaking about my experiences at the hands of Jeff and others on that kink website that you don't want to name. Before writing anything, anywhere I disclosed the entire incident, multiple times, with a member of the consent team. I was informed at that time what the current (December 2016/January 2017) team set up was. At that time, the team was Jeff, that's it. The person I disclosed to was in the next tier down from him, management wise. If I decided at that time to bring an official, on the books, report concerning the incident, I would be working with Jeff and Jeff only. That's a messed up system, one person should NEVER be handling all of that, nobody is that perfect. You and your ragtag crew were around at this time and all of you claim that you didn't see anything, nobody knew this was going on, nobody understood how bad it was. How blind can you all be?
My advocate and I decided to fill out an incident report and they kept it on file in their private records. We would talk regularly, I would be kept updated on the progress of things. My advocate at the time of my disclosure did one thing that nobody else in this company has ever done for me since this whole thing started. My advocate started out by saying this, 'I will not reveal your identity to anyone, without talking to you first and asking for permission.' That is how we started this process, that's how to actually deal with people who have been hurt and traumatized. My advocate listened, my advocate supported, my advocate made me feel like someone at this company cared. My advocate left the company in Fall of 2017. The period of time between my disclosure and their departure from the company was full of check-ins and updates. (You have accused Elise before of not releasing the names of anyone who filed a consent report against Jeff, she was actually doing her job. I told my advocate 'if people make the connection between the kink site posts about a consent violation I had and the incident report on file with the consent team and they ask you for information just say, "They wish to remain anonymous." as the victim, I had that right.)
At the beginning of JUNE, six months after my initial disclosure, Jeff Mach Events finally started putting together a "complaint response team" or whatever they ended up calling it. Halfway through the month my advocate contacted me and asked for permission to disclose my story to a few key people who would probably be forming part of that team, I gave my permission, naming specific people my advocate could give full disclosure to. (I will point out, at that time and for the six months beforehand none of the people who stepped forward to form the fixer crew for Wicked Faire was named as people within the company whom my advocate trusted with this information or was going to be on the consent team.)
At the end of July, my advocate came to me and said there was now a consent team in place that consisted of more than just Jeff.  I was told they were in the process of setting things up, the team now consisted of three people, one of those people was still Jeff. This team would not be up and running, or fully functional until after the 2017 GKE:NE. The team was also hoping to add more people after that event in an effort to not have such a small team for such a big problem.  I asked my advocate to hold off on pushing through my report until there was a larger team in place.
At the start of November, my advocate informed me they would be leaving the company soon, for personal reasons. I was kept up to date between the end of July and the beginning of November. No new team members were added to the consent team, Jeff still was the apex of that team, all matters went through him. I authorized my advocate to share my incident report and all accumulated information with the two members of the consent team that were not Jeff. I was told they would contact me by the end of November 2017. I heard nothing. No contact at all. I kept in touch with my advocate during this time. I've kept in touch with my advocate up until present day.
January 23rd is actually the date I posted my first writing where I specifically state, as best I can while following the sites TOS, what happened and what was done. On January 6th, Tammy messaged me privately, before I had even made a public disclosure naming Jeff, I have that email exchange, in that exchange, she claims she's looked through all the reports held by the consent team. She claims that she is a recent addition to the team and that the members I originally tried reporting to were no longer on the team. I asked for clarification, she informed me that as of that date (January 6th) she and Jeff were the only people on the team. The other two members were not, no explanation was given as to what happened. For future reference, try not to blatantly lie to a victim, especially when they know the truth and can verify it. At that moment, I knew Tammy was either lying or misinformed. I chose to just assume misinformed and decided at that moment to stop working with JME, the company was broken beyond all repair. I chose to make this public, first on Fetlife. If your company had decided to just continue the conversation there I would not have been forced to out myself on a public forum (FaceBook).
On January 24th I also posted on that kink site a list of things that I felt would make me feel safe and validated.  On January 26th, I chose to post my experience on Facebook as well, because I was getting no response from JME on the other website.

Now that we are all caught up, here are my questions for you and your personal experience with this time frame. I'm going to be referring to the specific time of January 22nd, 2018 to January 26th, 2018.
 1. Why did you choose to believe a man who by your own admission didn't have much contact to prior to this incident but chose to disbelieve a woman who you had much more intimate contact with?
2. If you were such a low-level employee, how are you so sure that the statements you've made about how the company was being run prior to your ascension to power are true?
3. Why were you chosen or why did you step up as the background leader of this group, while placing someone else as the public figurehead of the "new" leadership?
