For informational sake, here is the screencap of Blackthorne Halloween, which has not been edited by SPS.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but I don't see Blackthorne Steam or Steampunk in the Catskills on the list of properties that T.S. had purchased from J.M.

"Okay, Blackthorne Steam... Is organzed by Silver Phoenix Society, with Amy Whitehouse as the chairman of the event.
There is no IP for any of the events held at the Blackthorne because it really wasn't Jeff's event, just Jeff's name. The owner of the resort is really the host of the event and had previously hired JME to run the event. This year Dale Handel hired SPS to organize the event.
Oh, as a side note on that one, SPS has made it clear to Dale that JM is not to be involved at all, including talking to them about the event."
