Wicked Faire - March Followup

Regarding a few event related things.

1.  Yes, I was offered Wicked Faire.  No, I am not taking it.

2.  I am not against doing more events in the future, but there are two things that need to happen.  The first is that my kids need to be a bit older, because trying to run multiple events, do a day job, and be a dad to infant twins is just too much for me.  The second is that I need to do some house cleaning of my own.  In the process of everything that has come out, I've heard some new things about some of my own staff that needs to be addressed to my satisfaction before I try to add new things.  I am not at this time able to answer questions about that, as I do not wish to impede the people I've asked to get me information, nor do I wish to feed the rumor mill any further.

Jeff Himself sent a late-night IM that I just got. "Do you know how to get in touch with Gil? I'm thinking about giving him Wicked Faire."
I've no more in for than that, yet."

I cannot even begin to process that. 

"We all know that he's not right in the head. He genuinely feels BAD about what happened between you two, even if he's never had the guts to do anything about it.
Here is what I know
Tammy/SPS was trying to acquire the IP for the two big shows. JMH was pushing for more money, or something like a job, a salary, which they absolutely wouldn't agree to.
At some point within the last 2 or 3 days, after delays and delays, and more pushing for money, SPS bailed out and told him to get bent.
They're going to start their OWN brand label, and he suddenly has nothing and no offers.

So my best guess is, he can either let WF die on the vine, or he can offer it to you/Storykeeper as a way of atoning for past wrongs to you?"

The wrongs to me I care less about than the fact that he molested kids. Including kids I introduced him to. 
And he's had literally years to make things right, where he paid his staff, Kristin's fashion show, etc.
