SPWF invoices and refunds

My read on this is: 
SPS has no funds. Ok. 
They can't process refunds until they have funds, namely AFTER SPWF. 
They want outstanding invoices paid. 

If JM still currently owns SPWF, paying SPS doesn't do any good. JME is who owes the refunds. 

Bad business? I don't know. But I'm very glad I have no money tied up in any of this. 

I await the finalized SPS contract...
