I would also like to remind readers of a line from the official SPWF Anti-Harrassment Policy: 

“given the rarity of false complaints you should also accept the fact that is is more likely than not that you actually did violate someone else’s boundaries.”

Given the number of people who have come forward, whether to report that they had their consent violated by JM or to report that they have had bad business dealings with JM, I think it is pretty fair to assume that many (if not all) of these events happened. 

By all means, please share any evidence to the contrary! I welcome the open discussion. I would be having this discussion in a more open environment, but I had to moderate comments on this blog many posts ago to keep some names anonymous. 

As for Evil Expo, there is a court case in the works. I have no idea what the outcome may be. But there is a court case to determine if JM is in violation of a contract with Turtle Hill. (Info here). 

I would also love to see the evidence from SPWF, since JM has stated that the IP Transfer paperwork I have photos of is not the whole story. 

Basically, yes, let's please talk evidence. I'd love to see whatever evidence JME/Widdershins have on file to answer any and all of these above allegations. I have put 99% of the information I have been able to gather on this blog for all to see. Please share!
